The two car garage with automatic door leads into the utility room with efficient washing machine and drier. For the energetic there are 3 bikes to use along with cool box's, Beach chairs and towels for those days at the beach. Thus this is a fully equipped and all guests need to bring are their own personal belongings.

Lakeview has a high degree of privacy on the lanai and is equipped with patio furniture and grill, for alfresco dinning. It also benefits from uninterrupted westerly views across a large lake so that guests can enjoy full sunshine and those wonderful gulf coast sunsets for which Naples is famous and an essential ingredient for a wonderful holiday.

Lakeview is located in the well known Lely Resort which has three golf courses, two of which are public. Lely resort is about 10 minutes drive to Old Naples and the beach. Likewise it is no further to Marco Island and the Everglades national park. Shops, restaurants and bars are close by.

The Interstate 75 with access the rest of Florida is only 5 minutes drive. All in all Lely resort could not be better located.

Last but not least the villa is managed by our father who lives close by. Guests can settle down to enjoy a carefree vacation in the knowledge he is on hand to provide local knowledge and immediately resolve any unforeseen problems.
