Laurel Lakes Villa provides all the ingredients and essential amenities that ensure a wonderful vacation. Situated on a small quiet gated community the villa has many unique features in it’s design, in particular the superb master bedroom with king size bed and boasting a His and Hers bathroom joined by a huge double walk through shower.

Bedroom two has another large queen bed whilst the third bedroom has twins. Bedroom 4 has a double bed. There is a separate dining room and the fully fitted kitchen with first class appliances also has a breakfast area and looks out onto the spacious family room. There are telephones in every room, two TV’s, DVD video and CD player. A high chair and cot is available on request.

The villa is newly built with essential south facing clear views from the lanai and pool across a fountained lake. The lanai (patio) has been extended and accommodates a larger than average heated pool for which there is no extra rental charge. Extra planting on each side of the property provides additional privacy, especially around the lanai.
