As you can see from the photos it is fully equipped throughout and is located on a quiet cul de sac with a communal pool just yards away. This is in addition to the Club House pool, again just a short walk, and extra facilities for the community such as fitness centre, restaurant, and of course the excellent Arnold Palmer 18 hole championship golf course which is available all year round. During winter season membership transfer is necessary, minimum of one month.

 The community is well located in Naples with quick and easy access to Old Naples, the interstate and all of south west Florida’s attractions.
