The two master bedrooms have queen beds and full en- suite bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds and adjoining bathroom. There is a further full bathroom off the bar area together with sofa bed that provides an occasional 5th bedroom The living area consists of a full sized kitchen, separate luxury living room, dining room, family room and games room at the end of which is the fully equipped bar. On the lanai is a large charcoal BBQ. In all bedrooms and indeed throughout the house there are loads of storage areas. 

There are 6 televisions in the villa, three of which have DVDs for children’s use primarily. There are two separate stereo sound systems, one for indoors and another for the lanai area which also has a television.

Last but not least there is a pool table on the lanai. This is a great villa for families as it provides more than normal for entertainment.

The property is fully equipped throughout and guests need bring only their personal belongings. Properties in Naples are much sought after yet the fully inclusive weekly rentals rates here are very reasonable, starting at just $1200/£700 per week.
