With five genuine bedrooms and three bathrooms the villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 persons in a king bed, two queens and two twin bedrooms. In addition there is a large newly tiled lounge, dining room and great family room, fully fitted kitchen, utility room and double garage; so even if full the villa still provides spacious accommodation. Having said that it is often let to only two persons who are equally at home.

As usual the villa is fully equipped with washer and driers, dishwasher, microwave, TVs, video and sound system, BBQ, hair-drier, etc. so all guests need is a suitcase of summer clothes. In addition there is a pool table and two fishing rods for guests to enjoy. It is fully maintained inside and out and our father, who lives close by, manages the property making sure guests have a trouble free holiday.

The villa is in a great location just off the popular Immokolee road and only 1 mile from the I75 Interstate. Likewise shops and restaurants are within 7 minutes easy walking distance,( some great deli's, ice cream parlour, Italian take out, wonderful bakery for fresh breakfast buns, etc, all within 600 yards) plus Naples amenities and attractions are within easy reach, and the beach is just 6 minutes drive.

Rental rates vary according to dates, seasons, late availability, length of stay, etc, but are kept very reasonable to reflect Palm River being an older villa.
