This looks out onto the family/great room beautifully furnished with 50 inch HD plasma TV multi disc CD player and DVD. The formal dining room seats 8 persons. There is a large den/office room with high speed internet access.

Hand painted tray ceilings with deep crown moulding complement the exceptional high quality furnishings throughout. A built in sound system, individually controlled in each room provides sound both internally and externally.

The patio also has a large flat screen TV on a swing arm support so that guests can watch television during dinner or whilst resting in the hot tub incorporated into the heated swimming pool. The pool itself has a shelved area on which one can lounge in shallow water with views across a lake with fountains to manicured gardens.

The patio is north/west facing but receives sun from 10 am onwards right through till the sun sets from across the lake over which the villa looks but the extra shade is much appreciated during the heat of the day. There is a large charcoal BBQ.

Although an extremely quiet location with no traffic worth mentioning the villa is only 10 minutes walk to the CROSSROADS shopping centre, with a comprehensive range of retail outlets, including supermarket, restaurants, sports bar, etc. etc.
