The master bedroom has two large walk in his and hers walk in wardrobes and beautiful ensuite bathroom with his and hers seperate vanity units, walk-in shower and whirlpool bath. In the lounge and likewise dining room the furniture is of the highest quality , the lounge has a 50 inch plasma TV and there is a built in sound system throughout most of the villa, and onto the patio area which also has a plasma TV, perfect for viewing from the jacuzzi.
Location, location, location: The Seville could not be better located in Naples as it is short walk of a large shopping centre, less than a mile from an interstate junction, very much in the centre of Naples, yet on one of Naples most well known sought after secure gated golf communities. Thus peace and quiet are combined with accessibility. The villa is located on Vineyards GCC, a gated community just off Pine Ridge Rd and less than a mile from Interstate I-75. Within the community the seperate small Hammock Isles community is approached via a lighted bridge of fountains over two lakes. You can fish the lakes so bring along your rods. Within 5 minutes walk of the villa is Crossroads shopping centre with restaurants, banks, supermarket, chemists, etc.
Peace, Privacy, Seclusion: The villa looks out across a lake to tended gardens and is located on a small no through road on this small community. Very peaceful, secluded and private and also very safe, thus the perfect combinations for a great vacation The villa has two DVDs, 4 TVs, integral sound system, 5 CD player and of course internet access.
On site management: Our villa is managed by our father who lives in Naples, ensuring a carefree vacation. On request a cot and high chair are provided at nominal rates and remember the villa jas an enormous Den in which the internet broadband operates.
